How many seats are right for me?

The number of active seats represent the number of people you have engaging in your Organizational Learning Library during any given month. You may upload staff, volunteers, and parents onto your platform as needed without additional charges, unless you have activating users beyond your purchased seat quantity.

For example, if you purchase a plan for 1-5 seats, you could begin with 5 staff members going through trainings. The next month, you could switch to 5 volunteers. After that, you could switch to 2 parents and 3 staff members.

You get to coordinate and orchestrate which users have access each month without lifting a finger! Just remember, the active users per month cannot exceed the number of seats purchased.

The easiest way to decide how many seats are right for you is to think about the average number of people you provide onboarding and ongoing training to during any given month.

How long does it take to create my own course on Skilled Hive?

This depends on your vision for the course. With a clear vision and organized materials, a course can be completed within hours. In the brainstorming phase, however, more time may be required. Either way, practice and experience will help you grow more comfortable, confident, and efficient in course creation!

Will Skilled Hive share my content?

You can choose to make your courses public or private. We will never share your content without your permission!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, most major credit cards, and checks (if paid annually).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancellations go into effect the following month. If you cancel mid-month, your account will be charged and active for the remainder of the current month. See terms of agreement for more details.

How safe is my account?

Only team members you assign as users can access your internal account. If someone leaves your company, it is easy to remove them from the system. Additionally, users can be given different levels of access within your internal account based on permissions settings. You have the option to restrict certain tiers of content based on employee levels, such as leadership teams or special committees.

Does Skilled Hive host media?

Your existing documents and photos can be uploaded on Skilled Hive. While some videos must be hosted elsewhere (i.e. Vimeo or YouTube) depending on size, they can easily be embedded into a Skilled Hive course.
